WELCOME BACK
The President, Committee and Staff are excited to advise that under Level 2 we will
be reopening on Thursday 21 st May at 11am and are looking forward to welcoming
you back.
In line with Level 2 there are restrictions:
- When you come in you must fill in the contact tracing register – there are 3
ways of doing this, either scan the QR code with your smart phone, fill in your
name and phone number and hit OK. You only need to do this once, next
time you come and scan the QR code it will remember you. Members can
scan their membership card at the infosign machine each time they come in
or you can fill in the paper register at the bar. Please note none of these sign
in methods will be used for marketing purposes.
- Please sanitise your hands at the sanitizing stations in the foyer before
coming in and in the gaming room before using the gaming machines.
- You must be seated. Once you’ve got your drink at the bar please go to your
seat.
- We cannot have more than 100 people in the Club at any one time.
- You may have a group of up to 10 people only.
- Tables have been moved so as to have the required 1 metre space between
groups.
- If you are sick or have cold or flu symptons please DO NOT come in. If you
are displaying signs of illness you may be asked to leave.

Our staff will be sanitizing tables, chairs, gaming machines and any hard surfaces
regularly and especially as tables are vacated.
When you come in you will be guided to the till to order your drink, please be mindful
of the 2 metre distance between yourself and the person in front of you, stickers
have placed on the floor so you know where to stand. Service will be a little slower
due to this process so we ask all people to please be patient – our staff are doing
their best in line with Ministry of Health requirements.

friendly, welcoming place we have always been and look forward to seeing you.
